How to Order

You can order goods from us using one of the following methods:

• using our online shop (a secure payment solution powered by Sage Pay - formerly Protx)
• in person at our store in Exeter - browse the online catalogue to see the products we stock before you visit
• over the telephone - we accept all major debit and credit cards
• by e-mail - please do not include any card details in your message

If you place an order by telephone or e-mail, an expert member of staff will return your call to confirm your order and take your card details.

Using the online catalogue

You can browse the online catalogue by manufacturer or by product type.

All the items available in the online catalogue can be purchased by visiting the store in Exeter or by contacting us by telephone. Where an item in the online catalogue is also available in the online shop, this is clearly stated on the item page together with a link to the relevant page in the online shop.

Using the online shop

Making a purchase from our online shop is easy.

You can browse the items available in the online shop by manufacturer or by product type.

Each item has its own page, which includes a description of the item, features, optional accessories and colour options. Where thumbnails for each colour are displayed on a page, click on the thumbnail to display a larger image of the item in that colour.

To add an item to your shopping basket, you need to do the following:

1. Go to the page for the item you wish to purchase and scroll down towards the bottom of the page
2. Enter the quantity you require (the default is 1)
3. Select the relevant item from the drop down list (this is used where an item is available as different options (e.g. 3-wheeler, 4-wheeler, as part of a package)
4. Select the colour you require from the drop down list (only where different colour options are available)
5. Click in the checkbox next to any optional accessories you wish to purchase and select the colour you require (where a colour choice exists)
6. Click on the 'Add to Basket' button

Repeat the steps above to add other items to your shopping basket.

To view the contents of your shopping basket, click on the basket icon displayed in the top right corner of the screen. Here you can remove items from the shopping basket, change quantities or continue shopping.

After you have finished shopping, view your shopping basket and click on the 'Checkout' button. You will then be asked for some details required to complete the order and passed to our secure payment provider where you be asked to enter your credit/debit card details.

If you are not familiar with ordering online, or require any assistance, please contact us and a member of our sales team will guide you through the process. Alternatively you can place your order over the telephone.

Please note that some items in the online shop contain links to items in the online catalogue, which are only available to purchase instore or over the telephone.

Online payments secured by Sage Pay (formerly Protx)

All credit and debit card transactions are processed by Sage Pay Ltd. Sage Pay provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK.

The transfer of your personal details from our website to the Sage Pay system is encrypted before it is transferred to the Sage Pay payment pages.

At no time are we privy to your card details. These are provided direct to Sage Pay during the payment stage. The only information we are provided about your payment is its confirmation and details on fraud checks (AVS/CV2 and 3D Secure).

Methods of payment

We are happy to accept payments using any of the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestreo, Solo in the online shop, in the store or over the telephone.
